Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services has created a 2-day training designed to prepare those
interested in developing and facilitating the Survivors of Suicide Attempts Support Group.
Training participants will learn techniques for assessing and managing risk and will gain a thorough
understanding of the structure and content of the group as described in The Manual for Support
Groups for Suicide Attempt Survivors.
Separate registration is needed for attending each event.

Dr. Jonathan Singer
This year we will be joined by author and presenter Jonathan Singer, Ph.D., LCSW author of Suicide in Schools: A practitioner’s guide to multi-level prevention, assessment, intervention and postvention. He is an Associate Professor at Loyola University, and the founder and host of the Social Work Podcast.
We will convene at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus in Education Building 2 in The Lecture Hall located on the first floor. Lunch is included in your registration fee. There will be an exhibitor resource fair and excellent conversation among participating attendees.
